This Is My Story
My name is Sophie Grumble and struggling with my weight has been ongoing for many years. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, Hypothyroidism, and Ménière's Disease. They have all been contributors to my fluctuating weight. This is my story of taking control of my health. I will share tips and advise that has helped me along the way. I have not reached my weight loss goal yet, but getting closer with each passing day! Looking forward to sharing this journey with you. My hope and prayer is that it will inspire you to make the decision to get healthy.
