This Is My Story

My name is Sophie Grumble and I've been struggling with my health and weight for many years. It is ongoing. This is my story of taking control. I will share tips and advice that have helped me along the way. My emphasis will be on how getting well has improved my life through music, art, exercise, food, and travel! Looking forward to sharing this journey with you. My hope and prayer is that it will inspire you to make the decision to get healthy.
